The Understanding and Application of the Satir Self-Mandala

Explore Virginia Satir’s Self-Mandala as a tool for personal growth, self-awareness, and strengthening relationships.

In this interactive online course, participants will explore the eight dimensions of the Self-Mandala: intellectual, emotional, spiritual, sensory, nutritional, contextual, interactional, and physical. Through guided reflection, demonstrations, and practical exercises, participants will discover how these dimensions influence one another and connect to family systems.

The course also integrates other Satir Model tools, including the Iceberg, Five Freedoms, coping stances, congruent communication, and Change Model. Participants will learn ways to apply these concepts to personal growth, relationships, and work with individuals, couples, and families.
