Participants will learn trauma-informed experiential techniques that engage body sensations, emotions, beliefs, and inner resources to support transformational change. 

Emphasis will be placed on therapist use of self, nervous system regulation, attachment repair, and creating safety for individuals, couples, and families impacted by trauma.
