Discover how to apply Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST) within a traumaā€‘informed framework. Grounded in humanistic values and experiential practice, this training equips clinicians to help clients move from surviving to thriving.
- Identify trauma patterns using the Iceberg and Self-Mandala models
- Facilitate grounding and resourcing practices tailored to trauma survivors
- Incorporate nonverbal and body-based awareness to support regulation and integration
- Co-create safety within the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for transformation
- Empower clients to move from survival stances toward wholeness, choice, and vitality
